Is submission free?
Yes — submitting and sending a request are completely free. Payment for a package only follows after the admin team reviews and approves the profile, or by your choice during submission.
How long does processing a registration take?
The admin team processes submissions within 24 to 48 hours on business days. If the form is complete and the content is in order, the profile can go live even sooner.
Which package should I choose?
To start we recommend Silver — it gives you verification, a larger gallery and the ability to add modules. You can always upgrade. If you're not sure, leave a question in the form and the team will contact you.
Can I edit the profile after it's published?
Yes. Through the admin panel you can update contact details, images, business hours, description and all other information. Changes go through a quick moderation review.
What if my company already exists on the portal?
If your profile has already been created (by the admin team or via automated import), contact us — we'll assign you as the owner without a new registration.
Can I submit multiple locations or companies?
Yes. Each location or company is registered as a separate profile. For chains or multiple locations, contact the sales team for a bulk arrangement.
