This document explains which cookies are used by BiznisPortal.rs, for what purposes, how to manage your consent, and what your rights are — in accordance with ZZPL and the ePrivacy regulations.

Cookie types
3 categories
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device — computer, tablet or mobile phone — when you visit it. Cookies allow the site to recognize your device on your next visit and remember certain information about your preferences or actions.
Session cookies
Temporary cookies that are deleted when you close your browser. Used to maintain an active session.
Persistent cookies
They remain on the device after the browser is closed, until the defined expiry date or manual deletion.
Third-party cookies
Set by external services (analytics, advertising) integrated into the site.
Cookies cannot access other files on your device, transmit viruses or run programs. Each cookie is tied exclusively to the domain that set it and is not accessible to other sites.
BiznisPortal.rs uses three categories of cookies. You cannot disable necessary cookies because they are essential for the site to function. For the other categories we ask for your explicit consent before placing them.

Necessary cookies are absolutely essential for BiznisPortal.rs to work properly. Without them certain functions — such as login, form protection and remembering language settings — would not work. These cookies are set automatically and do not require your consent, as they are based on the legitimate interest of the Operator (Art. 12 para. 1 item 6 ZZPL).

Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the portal — which pages are most popular, where users come from, and where they leave the site. We use this information solely to improve content and the user experience.
Analytics cookies are set only if you give consent. Part of the data sent to the Google Analytics service may be anonymized before transfer (IP anonymization).

Google Analytics — additional information
BiznisPortal.rs uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), owned by Google LLC, USA. Data may be processed outside the EU/EEA under Standard Contractual Clauses. More at policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out via Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Functional cookies allow the Platform to remember your personal preferences — such as the default search city, how results are displayed, or a list of recently viewed listings. Without these cookies the portal would still work, but each visit would look like a new one with no saved settings.

When you first visit BiznisPortal.rs, a banner appears letting you accept all, reject optional, or customize your choices by category.
Privacy center
You can change your previous choice at any time by clicking the cookie management button available in the site footer.
Browser settings
You can set your browser to block or delete all cookies. See section 8 for instructions for your browser.
Opt-out tools
For third-party analytics cookies (Google Analytics) there are additional opt-out tools — see section 4 for details.
Withdrawal of consent has no retroactive effect — it does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before withdrawal (Art. 15 para. 3 ZZPL).
